Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Health IT Integration and Provider Engagement Consultant, advising and supporting the Business Relations Team.
- Support provider outreach, onboarding, technical integration, workflow alignment, and go-live processes related to health information exchange (HIE) systems.
- Communicate technical requirements and concepts clearly to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison among providers, internal teams, and technical vendors to ensure secure and accurate data connectivity.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and job aids for providers.
- Optimize the use of the CRM platform for accurate provider tracking, engagement activity, and connection milestones.
- Configure and enhance CRM workflows, fields, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and data visibility.
- Lead or support CRM data quality initiatives, including audits, updates, and deduplication.
- Establish best practices for capturing and documenting administrative data related to provider engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership on developing reports, performance metrics, and actionable data insights to inform strategy.
- Required experience: Minimum 5 years in Health IT, provider relations, HIE/EHR/EMR systems, interoperability standards, and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and multi-project management skills in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
