Business Analyst

Business Analyst needs financial, bank payment, wiring experience

Business Analyst requires:

* Experience with problem solving and incident management

* Experience with payments

* Financial, banking institution

* Experience identifying and managing risk and escalations

* Experience with training others on new processes

Business Analyst duties:

* Imbed business in SDLC process to following testing protocols for production

* Provide production testing for Wires and ACH Proof of Concept application

* Perform production testing for Payment Tracker

* Complete QA reviews on alert entries for associates and provide performance standard recommendations

* Investigate Customer Complaints and recommend enhancements

* Partnership with Technology, Operations and other Payment front line teams for production testing
