Graham Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to support product management and Agile feature development activities. The Business Analyst will help map features and user stories to epics, identify and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support prioritization and acceptance, and facilitate Sprint Planning and Demo activities.Location: WFH with the ability to travel to the DC area for occasional meetingsKey Responsibilities:Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and user requirementsTranslate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other implementation-ready artifactsSupport Product Managers, Product Owners, and development teams in mapping features and user stories to epics and refining backlog itemsHelp ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for Sprint and Program Increment (PI) executionFacilitate or support Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and related Agile ceremoniesValidate delivered functionality against business needs, acceptance criteria, and user expectationsCoordinate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, testers, and user experience staff to ensure requirements align with mission and product goalsRequired Skills:Experience:7+ years of IT experience7+ years of Business Analysis experience3+ years of Product Owner experienceEducation:BS, BA, or equivalentClearance:Ability to meet minimum Public Trust, Tier 2 requirementsCertifications:CSPO or SAFe POPMDesired Skills:Experience with the federal acquisition ecosystemExperience supporting systems related to the federal acquisition lifecycle, procurement, contract management, supplier engagement, or other mission-support business processesCompensation:At Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
