    Process Analysis and Documentation
    " Engage with business units to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
    " Interface with technical resources, such as Development or IT staff to understand and translate technical requirements.
    " Document current state processes using clear, structured methods such as process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow charts.
    " Facilitate discussions to define future state processes aligned with organizational goals.
    Requirements Gathering and User Story Development
    " Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items/user stories.
    " Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, testable, and aligned with business priorities.
    " Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine and validate requirements.
    Testing and Quality Assurance
    " Develop test plans, test scripts, and step-by-step testing instructions for functional and user acceptance testing.
    " Execute functional testing of user stories in Development and Test environments to validate solution accuracy and readiness.
    " Document defects, track resolution progress, and verify fixes.
    " Coordinate, support, or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.
    Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
    " Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
    " Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and proactively.
    " Support change management activities by contributing to training materials, documentation, and user guidance.
