## Job Description The Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS) is undertaking a comprehensive, multi-year modernization initiative aimed at replacing aging legacy systems and transitioning to a unified, cloud-native environment. This effort centers on building MyPAS 3.0, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system integrating seamlessly with the MyTRS member portal and the MyERS employer portal. ### Key Details: - Membership: Over 210,000 employees and retirees from more than 600 school districts, tech centers, colleges, and universities. - Current State: Legacy systems are migrating to Azure, with significant modernization efforts stretching into 2025. ### Expected Outcomes: - Improved performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems. - Retirement of aging systems and reduction of technical debt. - Enhanced workflow efficiency and user satisfaction. - Greater operational resilience and reduced infrastructure costs. ### Requirements 1.
