Requirements

7 years or more of Business Analysis experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, business rules, and testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Microsoft Project, and requirements/process documentation.
Experience with business process design, current/future-state workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
Experience in procurement documentation, RFP development, evaluation criteria, context diagrams, and functional decomposition.
Experience with healthcare data systems, SDLC, UAT, SharePoint, Agile methodologies, and technical specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, validate, and document business, functional, technical, solution, stakeholder, and transition requirements.
Develop process models, workflows, use cases, wireframes, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, test scripts, gap analyses, and project artifacts.
Perform functional and integration testing while coordinating UAT scenarios, test cases, and go-live activities.
Produce procurement deliverables, RFP documentation, evaluation materials, reports, and end-user documentation.
Collaborate with project, development, technical, and business teams throughout the data modernization initiative.
