Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support their operations team, focusing on technology implementation and process improvements within their primary database, especially Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities include working on Salesforce tech implementations, creating reports, designing new fields and processes, maintaining data integrity, documenting procedures, assisting with data cleanup, analyzing processes for efficiencies, training team members, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, 4-5 years of business analysis experience with large datasets, 1-2 years in mortgage or real estate, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of Agile and Jira. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Compensation ranges from $90k to $130k plus bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid time off, holidays, and more.
