This position is Hybrid with 3 days in office.

The Business Analyst is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • IT Strategy & Planning: Provide business and system analysis, develop functional specifications, resolve application issues, and support new software implementations. 
  • User Experience Analysis: Create project documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support testing/reporting within an agile framework. 
  • Requirements Elicitation & Definition: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, develop technical, functional, and reporting requirements, and collaborate with developers and QA. 
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate project tasks, support testing of new features, and act as liaison between IT and business teams. 
  • Project Analysis: Conduct analysis into project issues, manage shifting priorities, and clearly communicate risks and solutions. 
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain documentation including issue/risk logs, status reports, and assist in leading small project teams.
Specific qualifications for the position include
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • 3+ years’ experience with systems, SDLC, and requirements gathering. 
  • Previous Business Analyst experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid). 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in agile frameworks (epic, feature, story creation). 
  • Experience working with project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Preferred:
  • PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification. 
  • Agile certifications (CSM or AAC). 
  • Experience in the building or construction industry.
Pay Rate Range: $75.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
