We''re looking for a Business Analyst, Fan Care Community to transform community and fan experience data into actionable insights that support Fan Care Community strategies. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, you''ll analyze fan behaviors, community health, and business performance to identify opportunities that improve fan experiences and drive better outcomes across EA''s games and services.

Success in this role means delivering insights that improve community engagement, fan experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

You will report to the Director of Programs and Planning and work with key stakeholders in the Community and Fan Intelligence organizations.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze community health, engagement, growth, and sentiment across owned and social channels.

  • Identify emerging player trends, concerns, and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

  • Develop reporting frameworks that measure community program effectiveness.

  • Partner with Community leaders to measure and optimize the impact of community initiatives and campaigns.

  • Analyze fan experience data from multiple tools and sources to understand fan behaviors and needs

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping drive data-informed decisions and prioritization.

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

  • Update, implement, and maintain documentation for procedures

  • Manage competing resources and priorities

  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of deliverables

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, community analytics, customer experience analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience working with large datasets and identifying actionable trends and insights.

  • Experience translating fan feedback and behavioral data into actionable recommendations.

  • Advanced knowledge of community measurements, metrics, and tools

  • Advanced knowledge of customer support strategies and tools

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decision-making.

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

  • A track record of meeting commitments

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$77,700 - $107,900 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
