Location: Baltimore, MD
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: $35/hr W2
Interview: 2 rounds via Zoom

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business and operational projects by gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting processes, and helping drive projects from initiation through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from Business and Operations teams
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for proposed changes
• Identify and map key Business Unit, Operations, and Technology stakeholders
• Initiate project kickoff meetings and establish target dates
• Provide regular project updates to business stakeholders
• Identify and escalate project issues, risks, and decisions requiring stakeholder input
• Perform business analysis and develop process flows
• Create functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop process models and measurable success factors
• Maintain project documentation and RAID logs
• Coordinate across Business, Operations, and Technology teams to keep projects on track

Ideal Candidate

• Business Analyst experience supporting projects and process improvements
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience creating BRDs
• Experience with process mapping/flow diagrams
• Comfortable working with Business, Operations, and Technology stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience maintaining project documentation, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Able to work in a hybrid Baltimore environment (3 days onsite)
