This is your opportunity to bring strategy and analysis together while supporting large-scale state IT initiatives in a SAFe Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align IT strategies with Medicaid enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system modernization and enhancement efforts.
• Document detailed business requirements, system functions, and technical steps for application development.
• Facilitate business process reengineering using industry-standard mapping techniques.
• Evaluate solution options, conduct risk assessments, and prepare financial analyses (Cost/Benefit, ROI, Build vs. Buy).
• Serve as an IT stakeholder, providing oversight and coordination across various MES vendors.
• Support the creation of repeatable documentation standards and process alignment for integrated solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating business systems and user requirements.
• Strong background working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Austin, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) processes.
• Familiarity with Texas Medicaid and CHIP systems.
• Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
