Location: United States | Payrate: $77-87/hr | 8-10 Years Experience

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting mission-critical Mainframe Reports and Extract initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality data solutions using leading tools like Power BI and Snowflake. Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for multi-faceted report and data projects
- Facilitate business process assessments and design optimized technical solutions with business stakeholders
- Lead data analysis, root cause investigation, data flow mapping, and report development activities
- Oversee user acceptance testing and training, ensuring seamless implementation and stakeholder satisfaction
- Publish and maintain data assets on open data platforms, adhering to best practices and quality standards
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with established methodologies
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of proven experience gathering requirements and developing business reports
- Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and collaborative communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong background in business process facilitation and solution design with business area teams
- 5+ years guiding user acceptance testing, training, and implementation support
- Hands-on proficiency with Power BI and Snowflake (minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on complex projects
