Our client, a Public University company, is looking for a Business Analyst for their Ann Arbor, MI location.

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibility The contractor will provide remote operational and project support for Epic Radiant, Lumens, and Intuitive Hub across UMH-Sparrow and UMH-West.
Responsibilities include day-to-day keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) support, workflow maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of approved projects.
Key Responsibilities Provide operational and application support for Epic Radiant, Lumens, and Intuitive Hub across both sites.
Support day-to-day KTLO activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and workflow maintenance.
Lead and execute approved projects, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams as needed.
Support application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to maintain application stability, standardization, and continuity of operations
