Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in eliciting requirements and creating system requirements.
• 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs).
• 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering.
• 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
• 8 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes.
• 5 years of strong communication and facilitation skills.
• 5 years of strong writing and organization skills.

Preferences:

• 4 years of experience working with TEA or similar agencies.
• 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira.
• 2 years of experience with Modern Requirements software.
