About the Team
The Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics team is a strategic partner to leaders across Wolters Kluwer, combining business operations, analytics, strategic planning, and operational excellence to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead a team focused on improving business performance, operational effectiveness, and productivity across Wolters Kluwer. You will partner closely with senior leaders across business units, Finance, Technology, Strategic Sourcing, Global Business Services, and Corporate Functions - identifying opportunities, building alignment, and driving initiatives from concept through execution. Success in this role means leading through influence rather than authority, and bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
You will lead one of three pillars in a newly designed operating model, supported by an experienced associate director bench and dedicated business analysis capacity. The remit is broad across business performance, processes, and operating effectiveness, but anchored in cost savings and value realization: year one is about building the savings pipeline and the benefits-tracking discipline that supports it.
