As a Building Systems Service Sales Consultant, you’ll expand and retain a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and institutional clients by delivering service and retrofit strategies that improve reliability, comfort, and energy performance.
Your impact
Develop, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and active opportunities.
Cold call and book meetings with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
Call on existing customers to identify additional needs and cross-sell solutions.
Conduct on-site assessments—rooftops, mechanical rooms, and occupied spaces—to inform scoping.
Price, negotiate, and deliver comprehensive proposals for service contracts, repair work, and retrofits tied to technical requirements.
Present compelling business cases to C-level leaders and technical stakeholders.
Solutions you’ll represent
Preventive and full-coverage maintenance agreements
Retrofit and small tenant-improvement (TI) projects
Energy-efficiency upgrades and performance-focused programs
Building automation and controls enhancements
What you’ll need
5+ years in commercial HVAC service sales (required)
Valid driver’s license plus the ability to commute across Hillsborough County
HVAC mechanical knowledge (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Comfort working in person and navigating both executive and technical conversations
