PacWest Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Building Project Manager with experience in managing small to large building site projects in the commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the building industry and be able to manage historical to phased project builds, commercial to residential maintenance & testing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee building construction and renovation projects from start to finish
- Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
- Manage project teams and ensure all members are working efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management
- 5+ years of experience in the building industry
