PacWest Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Building Project Manager with experience in managing small to large building site projects in the commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the building industry and be able to manage historical to phased project builds, commercial to residential maintenance & testing.


Responsibilities:



  • Plan and oversee building construction and renovation projects from start to finish

  • Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns

  • Manage project teams and ensure all members are working efficiently and effectively

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management

  • 5+ years of experience in the building industry

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
