    Hours : M-F 8-5

    Team Overview:
    FM, Mail Svc Coordinator

    Resource's typical working day:
    Standard repairs and maintenance
    Patch and paint
    Filter changes
    Any fan cooling units in the ceiling
    Hot/cold calls

    Must Have Skills:
    Customer service
    Attention to detail
    Staying organized

    Nice to have skills:
    Will be using CBRE's work order system
    Experience using a tablet

    Years of Experience:
    3-5 years of experience

    Education
    High School Diploma

    Software skills:
    MS Office Suite, word and excel

    Interview Process:
    1 round of interviews
