Description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Building Controls Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­Marlborough, MA (hyrbid). Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Range: $30 - 40/hr depending on experience
Contract: 1 year (project set to go until around 2030)
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week

Job Description:

  • Provides day-to-day project coordination and technical support for Building Management System (Client) projects.
  • Supports issue triage and resolution, project implementation activities, and the identification and management of New Store Client deficiencies and standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and successful deployments. Coordinate day-to-day project activities and implementation tasks.
  • Triage project issues and support timely resolution.
  • Support Client deployments, upgrades, commissioning, and system enhancements.
  • Identify, document, track, and support resolution of New Store Client deficiencies.
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Client standards for new store construction and upgrade projects.
  • Assist with field validation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with established Client standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to address deficiencies and support corrective actions.
  • Provide technical and operational support to the Field Engineer Building Controls Supervisor and Field Engineering Project Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Relevant building control systems experience (either hands-on maintenance or coordination)
