This respected commercial builder specializes in both traditional general contracting and design-build delivery, serving clients throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project success. Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates. Monitor project financials, forecasting, and cost reporting. Drive project execution from preconstruction through final turnover.

5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Broad commercial construction experience across multiple project types. Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects. Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Construction Management or related degree preferred.
