Strong verbal and written communication skills
Typing proficiency of 50-60 WPM preferred
Computer literate with experience using:
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Multiple databases and software systems
Fax machine operation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Do
As a key member of the Breast Care Center team, you will help ensure timely coordination of patient care and department operations through administrative and workflow support.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Imaging & Workflow Coordination
Patient Flow & Department Operations
Order & Documentation Management
System Utilization
Maintain working knowledge of:
Allegra, Penrad, Radnet
Care Connection, Scheduling.com, Lawson
Microsoft Office tools
Ensure pathology reports are available
Supplies & Scheduling
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
