It's a place where you can show up as yourself, take on meaningful challenges, and help build brands people actually care about.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help shape the future innovation pipeline across the Pabst portfolio.Help develop and execute long‑term innovation roadmaps, from early‑stage concepts through product launchPartner with cross‑functional teams to bring new products and brands to market through integrated launch plans and campaignsAnalyze consumer insights, category trends, and cultural shifts to identify opportunities for growth and innovationTranslate insights into actionable brand strategies, marketing programs, and innovation platformsLead and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver commercially successful and culturally relevant programsServe as a voice and advocate for the brands across the organizationRepresent innovation brands in retailer, distributor, and partner meetingsManage brand budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilitiesChampion both the innovation portfolio and the broader Pabst businessTake on new challenges as needed; because at Pabst, no project is ever too big or too smallWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, innovation, event marketing, or project managementBeverage alcohol experience required; RTD or spirits experience strongly preferredExperience launching new products, brands, or platforms is highly valuedA genuine passion for beverage culture, consumer behavior, and emerging trendsStrong communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and build alignment across teamsExcellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyA proactive mindset and a willingness to challenge conventional thinkingExperience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&LsStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendationsExperience leading cross‑functional projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholdersA positive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and desire to build something meaningfulProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, Circana, Margin Minder, etc.) preferredExperience with Smartsheet is a plusThe salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
