    Overview

    We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order processing, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can adapt to changing priorities, and is comfortable receiving and applying feedback.

    Responsibilities

    • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Stage orders for shipment and distribution
    • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
    • Receive, verify, and organize inventory
    • Assist with inventory control and inventory accuracy initiatives
    • Maintain organized stock locations and warehouse storage areas
    • Support shipping and receiving operations
    • Perform general housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse
    • Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse experience
    • Experience with picking and packing orders
    • Experience loading and unloading trucks or shipments
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
    • Reliable work history with consistent employment and minimal gaps
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Inventory control or inventory management experience
    • Experience with shipping and receiving processes
    • Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling procedures
    • Experience working in high-volume distribution or fulfillment environments
