Come work for an international leader in the $89+ billion-dollar janitorial services industry. BRANCH SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years’ sales experience. A successful track record of personal sales success.
- 2+ years’ sales management experience required. Multi-department management experience preferred.
- CRM experience, including call review for sales team members.
- Training experience in consultative selling techniques and strategies.
- A team player, leader, and coach, able to develop and leverage the strengths of the team members.
- Highly motivated and able to motivate and influence others.
BRANCH SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and align our sales and operations teams into one cohesive unit from our Columbia, MD Support Center.
- Hands-on Growth: Manage and grow the sales team, working side-by-side with them to generate new business.
- Field Coaching: Spend several afternoons a week out in the field with your team to help secure new business and retain current customers.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, helping your team solve problems and maintain high customer retention.
- Talent Development: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees with continuous daily and weekly coaching.
- Franchisee Engagement: Meet with potential franchisees and provide ongoing guidance, training, and growth support to our existing franchise base.
- Administration: Complete all administrative and performance reporting duties in a timely fashion.
