Branch Manager

We're looking for a hands-on leader to rebuild our Atlanta branch from the ground up. This is a sales-first role (75% sales, 25% ops), built for someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to do the unglamorous work when it's needed.

We distribute high-end natural stone, tile, and building materials to designers, builders, and contractors.

What you'll do

• Rebuild and lead an inside sales team: hire them, train them, and set the tone through your own results
• Get in front of clients yourself. Showroom visits, sample drops, and closing business are part of your week, not something you delegate
• Own day-to-day branch sales and operations, working with the ops team to keep inventory and expenses in check
• Protect and grow relationships with our key clients

What you bring

• You're a proven leader and doer, not someone who manages from a distance
• You've owned or closely run a branch, showroom, or territory P&L
• You've built or rebuilt a sales team before, so you know what that actually takes
• You're comfortable spending most of your time in the field, not behind a desk
• Bonus if you have a background in building materials or interior finishes, or existing connections in the Atlanta design/build community

Pay: $110K–$120K base plus quarterly bonus and stretch incentives (OTE around $140K–$150K)
