We are hiring a Regional Manager for our Kennesaw, GA corporate office to join the operations leadership team and drive results, spur growth, and increase overall operational efficiency while upholding the company"s mission, vision, values, and client service philosophy. This role will plan, direct, and oversee business operations across multiple offices in the region, optimize operational capabilities, hire and develop key talent, build and retain strong teams, and maximize client satisfaction. The Regional Manager will ensure profitable and sustainable operations, establish business and financial KPIs, reduce costs, increase revenues, and maintain high performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff through coaching and mentorship, collaborating with branch managers to identify high-potential employees, overseeing risk management and operational contracts, maintaining awareness of market and regulatory conditions, promoting a safety-first culture, and building relationships with community and industry leaders. The role supervises branch managers, senior-level technical staff, and provides guidance to business development associates.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor"s degree, with a Master"s degree and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred, and have 15+ years of proven success in a senior leadership role within a multi-location geotechnical, testing, or environmental consulting firm (or a related industry). They will demonstrate strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills, with a track record of developing leaders, expanding geographic and market diversity, and driving service line growth. The candidate must possess strong financial acumen with P&L oversight experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels. They will be organized, goal-oriented, decisive, and experienced with process improvement initiatives, while fostering a culture of safety and leading by example.S
