    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote or Hybrid


    Locations: Carrollton, Tifton, and Augusta, Georgia for Hybrid - or Anywhere in Georgia for Remote


    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA therapy organization serving children and families across Georgia. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and strong professional support, with options for remote (within Georgia) or hybrid in-person work based in Carrollton, Tifton, or Augusta.



    Position Highlights


    • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
    • Schedule: 25 billable hours per week
    • Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)
    • Work Setting: Remote (must live in Georgia) or hybrid, depending on location preference

    Responsibilities


    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide direct supervision to RBTs and oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress and consistency
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and data collection
    • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable state regulations



    Qualifications


    • Active BCBA certification (required)
    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
    • Active or eligible Georgia state license (as applicable)
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
