Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina Triad

Locations: Winston-Salem, Greensboro & Kernersville, NC
Base Salary: $100,000 + Monthly Bonus Plan
Signing/Relocation Bonus: Up to $25,000
Spanish Fluency Premium: Additional $2,500/year

We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA team in the North Carolina Triad area. This is an excellent opportunity for BCBAs looking for competitive compensation, strong bonus potential, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and families.

Compensation & Perks

  • $100,000 base salary

  • Monthly bonus opportunity

  • Up to $25,000 signing/relocation bonus

  • Additional $2,500 annual salary premium for fluent Spanish speakers

  • Opportunity to transition to a 4-day workweek after several months of successfully meeting regional goals

  • Alternatively, eligible BCBAs may transition to 4 days in-center + 1 remote day per week

What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Design and oversee evidence-based ABA programs

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team

  • Provide parent and caregiver training

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Support children with autism and developmental needs in achieving meaningful goals

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • ABA experience working with children with autism/ASD

  • Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to supervise and support behavior technicians

  • Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services

Schedule Flexibility

Center-based BCBAs who successfully meet regional goals for several months may become eligible for:

Option 1: 4-day workweek
Option 2: 4 days in-center + 1 remote day

Compensation Highlights

$100K Base + Monthly Bonus + Up to $25K Signing/Relocation Bonus

Fluent Spanish-speaking BCBAs can also receive an additional $2,500 annual salary premium.
