Position Responsibilities
<\/h3>

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
<\/p>

• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
<\/p>

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
<\/p>

• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
<\/p>

• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
<\/p>

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
<\/p>

• Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
<\/p>

• Participate in team meetings, training initiatives, and quality improvement efforts

Schedule
<\/h3>

This is a full -time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements<\/h3>

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
<\/p>

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
<\/p>

• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
<\/p>

• Prior ABA clinical experience required
<\/p>

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
<\/p>

• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
<\/p>
