Blue Prism Technical Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism
Expertise in Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room
Experience with APIs, SQL, Excel, Web/Desktop automation
Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git/SVN)
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle & frameworks
Experience in process optimization and automation strategy
Exposure to intelligent automation (OCR/AI/ML) preferred
Strong stakeholder management & communication

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of Blue Prism solutions
Architect scalable RPA frameworks and reusable components
Translate business requirements into automation workflows
Manage end-to-end RPA lifecycle (DEV UAT PROD)
Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms
Optimize BOT performance and ensure high availability
Oversee production support, monitoring, and issue resolution
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Manage Control Room, scheduling, and infrastructure
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance policies
Drive automation CoE initiatives and innovation (AI/ML, OCR)
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
Track ROI, KPIs, and business impact metrics
Lead Agile ceremonies and mentor development teams
