Summary:
The main function of a Bioanalytical Analyst is to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of biological samples to support drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions. A typical Bioanalytical Analyst ensures the accuracy and reliability of data while adhering to industry standards and protocols.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $34.00 - $39.46 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. - Conduct bioanalytical assays such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays
- Analyze and interpret data from biological samples
- Prepare and validate analytical methods and protocols
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
- Document procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives
- Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in bioanalytical testing, pharmaceutical development, or a related area
Skills
- Expertise in bioanalytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with data analysis software and tools
