Computational Biologist and AI Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated contractor to support vaccine research through computational biology, multi-omics data integration, and AI-enabled research workflows. Will develop analytical tools and data systems for bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, TCR sequencing, BCR sequencing, and host immune profiling datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bioanalytical assays such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays
• Analyze and interpret data from biological samples
• Prepare and validate analytical methods and protocols
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
• Document procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives
• Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in bioanalytical testing, pharmaceutical development, or a related area
• Expertise in bioanalytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Familiarity with data analysis software and tools
