Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

• Oversee recurring billing processes, including invoice review, revisions, and final distribution
  • Respond to billing inquiries and serve as a resource for account-related questions
  • Ensure invoicing activities align with client requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain timely billing cycles
  • Assist with reporting requests and special projects as needed

Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related accounting function
  • Background within a professional services environment preferred
  • Legal billing experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using billing or accounting systems
