Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups. Maintain organized billing documentation and financial records. Respond to routine billing inquiries professionally and courteously. Identify and report billing discrepancies or inconsistencies. Assist with account reconciliations and basic reporting. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient billing operations. Maintain the confidentiality of customer and financial information. Perform general administrative duties related to billing and accounting. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior billing experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks remotely. Willingness to learn billing procedures, financial software, and company systems. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support. Basic understanding of invoices, payments, or accounting principles.
