Billing Specialist
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:
• Collect work order and project information from Project Managers
• Compile billing data and generate customer invoices
• Manage construction and service-related billing activities
• Assist with WIP reporting and project accounting functions
• Support billing cycle improvements and invoicing efficiency
• Expand into AP, AR, and additional accounting responsibilities over time
Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• Construction, mechanical contracting, or service industry accounting experience
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes
• WIP (Work-in-Progress) accounting experience preferred but not required
