- Research billing discrepancies and assists with communication and resolution of errors
- Makes recommendations for resolution where adjustments are necessary
- Correspond with clients and/or sales reps
- Coordinate follow up
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in account setup highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products
- Have an advanced working knowledge of applicable systems (Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP, etc) and understand how they integrate
- Attention to details
- Excellent written communication skills
- HSD or equivalent required
