This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, maintaining billing compliance, and providing exceptional internal and external client support.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the timely and accurate preparation, review, and distribution of client invoices.
  • Support the day-to-day billing operations and help maintain billing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure billing procedures, controls, and client-specific requirements are followed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and assist with complex billing requests.
  • Coordinate write-offs, billing adjustments, and other revenue-related activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Generate and distribute billing reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain billing records and ensure data integrity within financial systems.
  • Assist with audits, account setup processes, and other administrative accounting functions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to support overall revenue objectives.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of billing, revenue, or accounting experience within a law firm.
  • MUST have experience working with Elite/Elite 3E.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, client invoicing, and revenue operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client service mindset.
