What Youll Do As our Billing Clerk, you will: Prepare invoices, bills, and compile data for multiple dealerships. Complete all dealer trades. Prepare, file, and audit finalized deals for compliance. Process invoicing for new and used vehicle purchases. Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles. Verify the accuracy of multi-line items. Post deals into the accounting system. Reconcile General Ledger schedules. Communicate any issues promptly to your lead. Maintain organized filing systems. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring 12 years of billing experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
