Billing Associate
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 base salary + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Associate:
• Manage the full billing lifecycle for multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
• Coordinate client and vendor onboarding, job setup, billing arrangements, and contract compliance requirements
• Prepare and process invoices across various revenue streams, including management fees, sponsorships, and B2B accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, including out-of-pocket expenses and outstanding billable items
• Partner with internal sales and marketing teams to address open billing issues and improve collections efforts
• Facilitate recurring accounts receivable and collections reviews to accelerate payment activity and optimize cash flow
Qualifications for the Billing Associate:
• Minimum of 2 years of billing experience within an agency, entertainment, sports, talent management, or related environment
• Experience managing full-cycle billing and accounts receivable processes across multiple client groups
• Exposure to client trust accounting or agency accounting environments preferred
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and revenue-related processes
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
