Bilingual Warehouse Associate

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is bilingual and has experience with warehouse operations, shipping coordination, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Pay Rate:

• $16–$17/hr depending on experience

Shift/Hours:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Bilingual– required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, shipping partners, and internal departments
• Ability to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and accounting teams regarding outgoing shipments
• Communicate with drivers, freight companies, and logistics contacts 
• Track shipments and assist with resolving freight-related issues
• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed
• Prepare products for customer pickups and verify orders are ready
• Maintain accurate shipping and warehouse records
• Report shipment delays or issues to the appropriate departments
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed
