    Bilingual Recruiter (English–Spanish)

    About the Role

    This is a dual-impact position where you'll play a critical role in both talent acquisition and our own job board management:

    • Source, screen, and interview English/Spanish bilingual candidates for professional and technical roles

    • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach passive and hard-to-find talent

    • Publish compelling job ads across job boards, social media, and career pages

    • Build and nurture a long-term talent pipeline

    • Conduct employment, education, and language verifications

    • Use technology to validate candidate market fit

    • Recommend top candidates to employers and promote job postings

    • Help grow our multilingual talent community, making our niche job board the go-to destination

    Required Qualifications

    • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)

    • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and talent management

    • Proven success in building sourcing strategies for diverse roles

    • Strong research and analytical skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

    • Advanced experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools

    • Solid project management skills

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with CRM databases

    • Certification in Recruiting, HR, or Talent Acquisition

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

    • Routine use of computers and communication tools

    • Light movement within an office environment
