Position Overview

We are is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations in Plano, Texas. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment and can communicate effectively across teams. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple administrative priorities.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and day-to-day administrative support.

·Coordinate internal events, including arrangements for visitors, customers, VIPs, and guests.

·Arrange travel-related logistics such as hotel accommodations and local transportation for visiting guests.

·Support on-site event coordination, including catering and hospitality needs.

·Maintain office supply inventory and compare vendor pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

·Track company vehicle usage and help ensure vehicles remain in good operating condition.

·Help manage temporary housing or condo-related administrative records, including invoice processing.
