    Position Overview

    We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice in Richmond, Virginia. This role is ideal for an NP or PA with hands-on experience performing joint injections who enjoys working in a patient-centered, collaborative clinical environment.

    You’ll provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, with a strong emphasis on musculoskeletal evaluation and intra-articular injections.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
    • Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal and general medical conditions
    • Perform joint injections (e.g., knee, shoulder, hip, elbow, wrist, ankle)
    • Educate patients on treatment options and follow-up care
    • Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking patients
    • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
    • Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)


    Required Qualifications

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)
    • Fluent bilingual Spanish/English (required)
    • Proven experience performing joint injections
    • Strong clinical and procedural skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in orthopedics, sports medicine, family practice, urgent care, or primary care
    • Prior work with diverse or underserved populations
