$39,520 - $52,000 per year

• Communicate with providers and internal team members, as well as occasional client contact (either over the phone or in-person)
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements
• Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients’ cases
• Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement

• Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple open records requests
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word documents, Excel, and other Microsoft products

BENEFITS

• Flexible schedule (after 3 months): choose a 5-day week with 2 non-consecutive remote days, or a 4/10 week with 1 remote day. First 3 months are M–F, 8–5 in the office

• Health, dental & vision: we cover 75% of your premium and 50% for spouse/dependents (begins at 3 months)

• PTO: 8 hours accrued per month, usable as earned

• Vacation: 1 week paid after your first year
