Bilingual Legal Assistant

We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to become a part of our medium sized law firm in downtown Los Angeles. You will provide overall support to workers' compensation clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients are treating and receiving benefits
• File various pleadings with the WCAB
• Meet and speak with clients regarding case progression daily
• Review reports and and follow-up on pending issues

​Qualifications:

• ****College Graduate a plus
• Preferred familiarity with workers' compensation or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English and Spanish
