We're looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing insurance office. Applicants must be able to take customer service calls in Spanish.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and claims
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and support sales efforts
• Maintain strong client relationships and retention
• Present insurance options based on client needs

• Obtain Property and Casualty License
• Spanish (Required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
