    Lead Teacher Responsibilities
    • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using our rich curriculum and your own creativity
    • Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment
    • Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and shared milestones
    • Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
    • Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development every day


    Minimum Qualifications
    • HS Diploma/GED required
    • Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)


    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
    • CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience OR
    • 2–3 years of Montessori experience
