Bilingual HR Manager
Pay Rate: $40- $45 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, onsite. Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Location: San Diego, CA

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting using ATS tools
- Manage onboarding and orientation to create a strong new hire experience
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws, OSHA, and workers' comp
- Administer employee benefits (health, retirement, FMLA, and leave programs)
- Maintain accurate HR data within the HRIS system
- Contribute to performance management processes as the organization grows
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal) - required
- Must have HR experience in manufacturing
- Experience running an HR department independently
- Experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of CA employment laws
- Experience using ATS tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PHR certification is a plus, but not required
