    Bilingual/French Customer Service Representative

    Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5

    Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. 
    Position Summary
    We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders from entry through fulfillment, resolving customer concerns, and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customer accounts through phone, email, and other communication channels.

    • Support outside sales representatives by providing responsive customer service and account management.

    • Process customer purchase orders from order entry through fulfillment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    • Manage customer inquiries and complaints from initial contact through resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business partners.

    • Educate customers on products, services, and company processes to support their business needs.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and provide account updates.

    • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure customer expectations and delivery commitments are met.

    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service and account support processes.
    Qualifications

    • Bilingual in French and English is required.

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or account management experience.

    • Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

    • Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Strong customer service mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
