Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and driving HR excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to over 300 employees in the North Region. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Employee relations support for field service centers inclusive of operations in both union and union-free businesses
Coach and train leadership to drive robust performance management processes to include talent development and succession planning
Liaise with leadership to foster performance plans as necessary
Co-lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in crucial HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and training
Support efforts to ensure compensation and payroll activities are facilitated effectively
Utilize HRIS data analysis to advise the business of critical trends while helping develop actionable plans as necessary
Lead and assist as necessary in the investigation of and proper disposition of associate concerns

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred
7 plus years of experience working as an HR professional
Prior experience supporting employees in a manufacturing environment is required
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; requires approachable, responsive, results-oriented, and proactive personal traits.
Strong business acumen and ability to project confidence while communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
Excellent collaboration abilities across a decentralized HR team
Must be able to travel 20% of the time
